Good info DCP. Thanks. I will definately connect in a box with good cable protection/relief as they enter. I was wondering if they is such as thing as a 24 volt receptacle…but think I will just maret the wires.

Thanks guys. Now the 24 volt sounds like a decent option. Will have to look at the figures closer. What size wire (awg) is required for the 24 volt. Total distance would be about 30-40 feet from fridge to batteries.

Sounds like you have a plan. On keeping your batteries warm in winter. This is what I do. I live in northern bc. Can. Have a 1000W 24 system.
