15S Pack using 200AH cells example.
LFP @ 3.000V X 15S = 45.0V while 16S=48.0V
LFP @ 3.200V X 15S = 48.0V while 16S=51.2
LFP @ 3.400V X 15S = 51.0V while 16S=54.4
15S MIMMICKS 48.V FLA and is commonly used for older equipment that has locked charging/discharging profiles that do not support LFP or other Newer Chemistries. No New Equipment is limited by such.
Both a 15S or 16S can output that 200A but the difference is how long they can do that is also a factor... 1 less cell IS a bit of loss on that end.
