Hey folks,

This is the system I am going to be installing in my rv. Just looking to get some feedback on if I have everything correct or if there is any other safety measures I should include. I have the wire sized already.

Welcome to the forums!

I'll move this to the safety check subforum where hopefully folks will give you a thumbs up or point out a possible issue.

I would suggest a DC ON/OFF Switch to allow the disconnection of the battery from the equipment. Servicing stuff & emergencies, you know.
I would use DC Breakers instead of fuses at SCC, Inverter & Charger because that acts as device disconnect but also easily resettable.
Never use cheap no name fuses or breakers, the pennies saved can kill your system & you.

The 100 amp fuse/circuit breaker for the inverter may not be enough. I also have a 1,000 watt inverter. According to my manual and the calculations for wire length, I needed a 150 amp circuit breaker. Otherwise, I agree with what Steve_S suggested. The only true fuse in my system is downstream of the battery and it's a 225 amp Class T fuse.

Do you have a shore power connection? Is your inverter connected to the main AC distribution panel in the RV?

My invertor is stand alone for very rare occasions where I need to power a small pump to refill our trailer. Pump is rated at 1/3hp so the draw is pretty low. I have bought the re-setable dc breakers also.

Pump is rated at 1/3hp so the draw is pretty low.
The running "draw" might be low but the surge amps for motors and even more-so for pumps, can be 5-10x running amps.
Solutions range from bigger breakers to soft-start devices. For something that sounds like a low use item, perhaps a bigger breaker is more cost effective and safe enough.
