200A Smart BMS from LLT Power

There is no functional difference. Same size aluminium extrusion just shorter with a rearranged PCB from what I can tell. The contactor/relay looks to be unchanged.

How are you using yours?

My 16s pack will go inside a 5kW low freq inverter hybrid/all in one

My 2 x 8s packs will go inside Luyuan metal boxes from Amy

Is there something I'm missing to have the Discharge show active amps like the charge?

Charge / discharge will show as positive/negative Amps.

The minimum displayed appears to be 2A so about 50W for 24V and about 100W for 48V

On the app it shows the amps charging to the left of the battery at the top, but on the right side of the battery where it says discharge it doesn’t show anything during discharge of the battery...?

My 200A BMS' have arrived from China, I ordered from Shenzhen E-Fire Technology Development Co., Ltd on Alibaba.

The listing's photos were the same as above / ebay / etc.

This unit is massive, almost the size of a 1L carton of milk, probably the size of a CALB grey 3.2V cell.
4.65cm * 11.77cm * 23.7cm

The cables are 11mm diameter with shrink wrap protected M10 hole copper lugs. The cable itself says 4AWG 200 deg C.

The Aluminium extrusion and end caps have scratches and scuffs of about the same cosmetic appearance that a Bitcoin ASIC miner arrives from China.

There are no mounting holes, unlike the advertisement picture and no opening/flap on the top.

Lily provided me with some manuals and wiring instructions for 8s, which were all in Chinese. I asked for the BMS leads to be labelled, which was done.

My batteries are still en-route by sea, and the battery boxes are to be fabricated. This BMS is so big it might not even fit inside the metal boxes I've ordered from Shenzhen Xuba with 8s 280Ah.

Here are the wiring documentation recieved.

With the leads pre-labelled by Shenzhen E-Fire it looks pretty self explanatory.

There are 22 wires from BC0-BC21
BC0 (wire #1) goes to cell 1 negative
BC1-BC5 go to cells 1-5 positive
BC6-BC18 go to cell 6 positive
BC19 goes to cell 7 positive
BC20-21 go to cell 8 positive
sure would be nice if the mfr or someone could translate to english

do you know if this version is bi-directional?
I mean, can you cut the charge and discharge separately.
That is called "Split Port" which has one DC line for output and one DC line for output, independently controlled.
Common-Port is the most commonly used type of BMS for ESS Systems. These use the same DC line for charge & discharge.

I understand.

But can this particular one cut the charge and / or discharge separately?

Thank You!

I understand.

It appears that you can, in the xiaoxiang android app is shows on the bottom left Discharge on/off and Charge on/off.

When you hit the cell overvoltage protection limit, the cell protect is enabled and Charge Off state is set.

In xiaoxiang there is a menu screen to enable/disable features like balancing, temp probes. In this page flipping the "switch" toggle sets Discharge Off.

I can test that in a few days time to see if it actually works (without needing external hardware). Note I only have the silver and black enclosure models, not the new revision without enclosure.

thank you very much, i will wait for the result!

When you set in xiaoxiang "switch function" to Green, discharge is disabled.

My AIO inverter will not power on with "discharge : off", and there is a soft audible clunk each time the "switch function" is toggled on/off.
