UPDATE...
I managed to get even aliexpress to agree that I cannot upload a 12hr video with a 500mb limit, so they agreed to allow me to upload the video to online storage site and send them the link...
so I uploaded the looooong video which was compressed down to 2GB and finally aliexpress did agree than the battery was not as advertised...
Yep, the full test with constant current load meter, my fluke showing the voltage the entire time (fyi, you disable your fluke meter from going into sleep mode by holding down the yellow button on powerup) and a second meter showing that the constant current 20amp load was what was happening was uploaded.
so their response was I could get a FULL refund, it I sent ALL EIGHT BATTERIES back (such a cost is well over a $1000 for me and postal service said anything sent TO china cannot be tracked, battery regulations when sending are quite involved it seems).
The other choice that aliexpress offered was to refund me $54 and then close the dispute.
yea, I took my $54... and ordered a replacement cell from one of the buyer groups here; so hopefully that will turn out better.
and NO, it has been several days and the credit has not yet shown up hehe
