Trying to wrap my head around this 64 battery setup, need to split into 2 sets facing each other, to fit box in cabinet.
So its 4 sets of 16 batteries - 2 stacked on top of each other, each stack facing each other, urgh, ignore bus bars in pic, they are 12v 4p4s.
It's like the 2nd pic, them facing each other, anyone done this? Use bus bar between packs? Orered jbd 48v 100ah BMS, will be low charge/discharge.

Like this except batteries on their 27mm side, like pic above.

I think I've got it, please someone give a blessing or tell me how to do it better/right, Joe.
Don't need any sparks - 48v 100a Lifepo4 split into 2 banks facing each other!!

BMS sense lead connections

That looks right to me. My 'check' was following your diagram connections / bms leads and which gives you 16 distinct groups of 4 (4p). The only comment would be your BMS being 100a.. That is pretty small considering the overall pack size and potential Amp capacity. do you know your theoretical loads?

It's a 48v 100ah battery, this will make my battery bank 700 amps, never exceed 30 amps of of entire bank. This battery will have less than 5 or so amp's draw at any given time. Thanks for the blessing, Joe.

Update, well worth the wait on Overkill 16s 48v 100a Bms, thanks @OverkillSolar - awesome bms - long sense leads, hooked all up and it started balancing right away, batteries were top balanced for weeks - waiting on Bms. Xiaoxiang showed open balance from 20mv to 14mv in less than 30 minutes. What did I learn - never assemble 48v battery without a shirt on, leave the 4 cross bars off till the end - tight fit installing sense leads and got shocked a few times, Joe.
