Signature Solar has their batteries available for purchase, however, they do not offer shipping to my state (Pennsylvania). I tried to order two of the 48V 100Ah batteries, and I was forced to cancel the order as pick up was the only option. Can't get away for almost a week to pick them up. How unfortunate. I really wanted to get a set of these. Did anyone else have better luck?

I posted here, and I emailed them. Saw your reply for Ohio delivery and gave it another try. It worked. I have to pick them up in Ohio at a freight hub. I am happy. This has been a long wait.

There was an error on our website, we fixed it the opening night, will have more stock available for backorder as containers leave port and arrival dates are confirmed

Thanks! Yes, I read JoeHam's post and immediately went back in and posted my order. Thanks for the quick action.

I tried adding the 405w 144 split q-cell bifacial panels to my cart to check my shipping and it said that shipping to PA wasn’t available. Is it only available for the batteries?

They have corrected their website and fixed shipping options. I was having the same issue for Florida.... Placing my order with them real soon

Mate, I wish I was in your position, I live in Perth, Western Australia and can't even get them to reply to an email via their website. I can't believe the trouble your having though, very disappointing

Signature Solar fixed that issue on their website hours later. I was able to order and get two batteries.

I'm happy for ya, wish I was able to buy one
If you can't get them, try Jakiper Batteries. I have two EG4's from Sig Solar, and I just recently recieved two Jakipers. I am testing them now, and I am happy to report that so far, they are great.

Have you connected your EG4s in parallel with Jakipers? If yes, are the currents evenly distributed among those batteries? The reason I am asking is because the currents were not evenly distributed when I connected the EG4s(24V) with my other 24V batteries (same capacity).

I have not yet connected the Jakipers and the EG4's together yet. I swapped them out and have the Jakipers running my system right now and the EG4's are taking a break.

I just finished the testing which took several days. I am now waiting for the delivery of a 6 slot battery rack from Signature Solar. When it comes, I will insert all 4 of my batteries and try out connecting them all per RS485, and installing the PC battery monitoring software to see if they all play together well or not. I will check the current distribution and balancing.

I will post my results when done. It may take a week or two.

I'll look into it thanks for the heads up.
