Hi All (long time lurker, first post)
I'm after a bit of sense check / some advice.
I'm wanting to build an 8s 24v Lifepo4 battery for a camper conversion using 230ah eve cells.
This will be connected to a 24/2400w Victron multiplus. datasheet
I'm struggling to work out what is the best BMS to use. The multiplus could potentially draw a peak current of 230 amps for a under a second (5500w / 24v)
It will likely only have to deal with a constant draw of max 100amps (2400w / 24v) when using a induction hob.
I'd also like to connect the BMS to a Victron Cerbo GX device so I can disconnect / turn off charging/loads based on SOC. Was thinking of using the dbus drivers but open to other methods!
Seen this JBD 200a but cant find much in the way of reviews...
Does anyone have a similar setup, or could anyone offer me any advice?
Many thanks for your time.
Liam
