UPS with 72V input 6S

Hi guys,

I am a newcomer in this forum and have some question. Will be happy if someone can help.

I wan to install a solar energy system at my house.
I have a UPS which is rated for 3kVa (power factor 0.7) output. It has 6x 12V 7Ah sealed lead acid batteries (72V input with 27% tolerance 53 to 91V as I understand).

My questions are below:

1) If I replace 7Ah small batteries with larger, lets say 65Ah batteries my UPS will charge them forever, because the manual says for 7Ah batterie pack it will take 8hrs. So can I connect 6 solar panels in series and connect the output directly to the UPS terminals?

2) Will my UPS handle that current in terms that I will not use more than +/-3kVa (2.1kW) of power at home.

3) And do I need to install an expensive power transfer switch like this - MOES Dual Power Controller 50A 5500 Watt Automatic Transfer Switch for Off Grid Solar Wind System ATS DC 12V 24V 48V AC 110V 220V.
Because my UPS will monitor the battery charge level and automatically turn off the system, I can install an ordinary electronic transfer switch which is 2 times cheaper (something like this GEYA Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch Grid to Alternator 2P 63A 100A 220V) and reverse its connections (Grid terminal to UPS and UPS terminal to the Grid). SO when the battery voltage will drop below the limit the switch will transfer to the grid as backup))).
To protect my batteries in series I also got a battery stabilizer for 6S 72V system.

My question is too long, I understand.

You cannot connect your solar panels directly to the batteries. You need a charge controller between the panels and the batteries. https://makeskyblue.com/products/72...-2200w-pv-solar-panels?variant=31445080604806
