We've got a precedent club cart golf cart that I converted to LIFEPO4.

When moving slowly or under a load the throttle just dies. I thought it was a bad position sensor on the pedal but I'm starting to think otherwise. If I just stab the pedal and go, the cart seems to work better. In my case the cart dies and coasts to a stop. If I release the pedal and press again the cart takes off and goes right away. If the BMS had killed power, the cart would take 15 seconds to reboot the VFD (variable freq drive).

Anyone else converted a club cart had this problem?

Post up the BMS you are using plus it's settings. It appears you had it working at some point. https://diysolarforum.com/threads/golf-cart-fla-to-lfp-conversion-bms-help-request.15183/post-274040
