Optimizing bifacial panels in ground install ?

Hey,

I found 420w bifacial panels for $210 each... I will pick up 4 of them and I want to build my own frame for it.

My area gets snow in winter (Upstate NY). I believe my angle needs to be 45 degrees?

Anyone with experience with angle and height off the ground? I found this one source -

You can purchase pipe connectors at Lowes to build your own supports just google https://www.lowes.com/pd/SteelTek-1-1-4-in-x-90-Degree-Silver-Galvanized and follow the links. hope this helps

U sound like me. The. Bifacials Ive found r heavier BUT I changed my plan just today to ground mount.

Dont have any snow here but there is issue with rise in water level. Prowse says always face South.

Im um... not so sure on that.

As for everything I need to know, its all laid out in paragraphs of my County Code Ordinances = not much left to choice
