Would you be upset with these Catl Cells?

I just received 12 of the 16 Catl cells I ordered back in May. They were said to be new, and the #1 quality rated cell from China. They were said to be "
capacity tested-matched-labeled prior to shipping."

There are multiple dents and scratches, no QR codes, and one is missing a blue ring/seal in the 'window'. I'm a noob at this, if my concerns are non issues, tell me so and I'll thank you. If my concerns are valid, please let me know.

If it matters I paid $1864 + CC fees for 16 cells of 271ah.

Yes all 3 boxes were a single ply cardboard with white foam top and bottom. There were some foam spacers between a few of the cells.

That is a malicious way to pack. Im not sure why some do this. I would guess insurance fraud. They send terrible cells then blame performance of cells on shipping damage.

Ask for refund.
