How do I match 48 cells together? What order?

Very cool!
But I’m having problems using it. I keep getting errors.

To test it and make it simple, it asked me to input mA for each cell separated by a comma. So I put in 85001, 85002, 85003, 85004 and so on…

I input 4 as the number of cells in series.
The capacity part I’ve tried putting in 300Ah, I’ve tried blank, I’ve tried entering 3 as the number of Parallel cells??? No matter what I get this error.
“Please specify a number of cell in parallel or capacity”

Also, do I enter in the value of all 48 cells and it tells me how to make 4 batteries in a 3P 4S configuration? Or do I just pick 12 cells at a time to see how it arranges them for one single battery??
How I did it in excel.
I started with the list of cells in the first column. I then sorted highest->lowest.
I cut and pasted the bottom 16 to the right of the first 16. I then sorted the bottom 16 lowest->highest
That completed the first stage of min-max pairing.
Then summed the first cells and second cells in a third column. I then sorted all 16 of those pairs, Lowest to Highest, buy the summation.
Then I cut and pasted the middle cells (which were still sorted high-low) to the right of all that. That gave the 3 cells configuration.
Then I summed all 3 cells together in the far right column.

I should write a quick script that can optimize this, I'm sure someone must have done so by now though? OP has respectable data so it should be processed

Its great to see people who love numbers as much as i do!

I'm sure this uses at least one significant digit too many but this is some fine work. I look forward to seeing how well this works for the OP. His cells tested out quite well considering they came from a hostile, abusive environment and installation.

They did. Pretty well matched overall, and none of them are toast.
