Need help with SPF 6000T DVM-MPV

IM trying to get my panels amp up to match the SPF 6000T DVM-MPV . i have 12 rec panels 260watt and 10 powerlight panel 208watt .I have them in series going into a 4 string pv combiner box.. i have about 220 volts dc and only about 7 to 8 amp. the inverter runs about 48% load cap.with just 2000 watts load..The TECH at SS said i need more amps.when i wire the 4of panels parallel and the rest of the panels series it take my volts down to 72 volts amp up to 16 or so i need more volts .

Need to see how exactly you have your panels wired up, but it is not good to have different panels into 1 MPPT input.
The SPF6000 is lying to you, I have seen this odd behaviour. If you have a heavy load on one side of the split output, it seems to think that is the total load on both sides. I am still looking into this but as long as you know your load is OK, igmore the SPF reading for now.

Thank you for your help ,as of now i have12 - 260 watt 2- string 6 panel wired in series,,, and the 208 watt all 10 in series all these goes into combiner box.
