What number to use for matching new panels with older ones?

I have a renogy 320 watt 60 cell on the roof of my camper (oem), I am trying to add one more 200-250 watt panel to it in parallel.

Maximum Power at STC* 320 W
Open Circuit Voltage (Voc) 40.10 V
Short Circuit Current (Isc) 10.36 A
Optimum Operating Voltage (Vmp) 32.7 V
Optimum Operating Current (Imp) 9.79 A
Maximum System Voltage 1000 VDC
Maximum Series Fuse Rating 15 A
I have noticed some 24 volt panels coming close to these numbers and realize short of buying another 320 renogy (which is cost/size prohibitive) I wont get anything exact.
But since I cant get exact, what parameter is most important to get closest too ?

Thanks

The above two for parallel connections.

Short Circuit Current (Isc) 10.36 A
Optimum Operating Current (Imp) 9.79 A

The above two for series connections. Note that the panel in series with the lowest current will force ALL panels in the series string to operate at the lower current.

Looks like you need to be looking for 60 cell panels as they tend to share similar Vmp/Voc values.
