Within 30mins for me but that was xuba
Received all 12 of my cells today. Excellent packaging and not a bit of damage. All cells measure 3.34 volts. Bad news is I'm leaving to go camping in MN Tuesday till the end of the month so will not get to play with them till I get back. Hope my BMS is here when I get back.

I contacted Amy @ Xuba last night and was able to work out details of 2 packs or 8 cells of the 280Ah batteries. I went through the normal issues that everyone seems to have with Alibaba and had to appeal my declined payment as well as time on the phone with Citi. But my payment has been received and the wait begins...
For reference my total for the 8 cells with double bus bars and screws, using sea transportation, arrive at the door, including tax, DDP and trade assurance came to $940.36 to eastern PA

What means did you use to contact? The old/original Alibaba page? Her new Alibaba page? Email? Something else?
Wonder how you got her to respond right away and I've been waiting 2 days... heh
I used the contact supplier on the item page. She replied a lot quicker than I expected and we more or less were chatting through the Alibaba message system. It was roughly 10:30 pm EST and she replied back in 5-10 minutes. After answering some questions and sending pics, I had a draft of the order with the total price in roughly 45 minutes after first contact. Very straight forward process I felt.

Hmm ok, that looks like the old Xuba page. I had tried her new page (personal? Not sure how they're related, but when "something" went down at Xuba recently this link was provided and I got the sense that we were to use this new Alibaba page (which doesn't say "Xuba" on it) if we wanted to work with Amy (who is still at Xuba). @Steve_S maybe you could clarify which link/store we should use under what conditions/for what purposes?

The Link on the ZUBA Cel page to the "Contact Supplier" should do the trick. Remember there is a Time Difference, from EST Time zone to Shenzen it's 12 hours.

Just ordered Qty. 12 - 280Ah $1430.04 USD with busbars from Amy at Shenzhen Xuba Electronic Trading Co. LTD. I have been back and forth with Amy for over a month now before deciding to make the purchase. I will keep you all posted on when they arrive and how the testing goes.

I'm in the interior (Creston) and am looking to order 8.
EDIT: Does anyone know if its possible to use PayPal to purchase these batteries?
most of alibaba vendors do, but charge extra to compensate for PayPal fees. ask Amy to be sure
