You are destroying your top balance by balancing at 3.2 volts and under. Some of your cells, not only 16th, appear bulged, too bulged for 15 days old cells. No idea why you have killed two cells, or three I cannot remember now, and always the most positive.
I remember you explaining why it was not possible to use your closed-loop communication with your batteries and use SA to monitor them at the same time. So I wonder what has changed since then? Care to explain. Just out of curiosity.
That it is not Split Face, that is called biphase. Those two 120 volts legs are (correction 90 degrees and not 180) apart so between the two you have 240 VAC.
One day you will open that MCB under some load (it does not have to be huge) and fireworks will start. In this case, that inline fuse will not protect you as the AMPS will not be massive either.
You are running in circles here. The problem is caused by the distance from the inverter to the CT coil. Nothing else, bring the CT coil closer to the inverter or replace it with a CHINT meter (if your version of the inverter supports it). See page 18 of the manual found here.
