We have the Flexboss21 (2x) and 3x Wallmount Battery and have had no issue starting our 5k AC. However, I installed a softstart in the meantime, which works fine too.
The system runs great, at least after a couple of days it took to figure out why the remote panel shutdowns kept triggering (the transmitter needed to be replaced). Force discharge is not what I want, the system is designed to sell as little as possible back, as we only get about 50% of what it...
@EG4TechSolutionsTeam, I, too, pressed the "parallel sync" option but have not found a way to return to the individual view. Is that not possible anymore, or am I missing something?
I'm running 2x Flexboss and 1x Gridboss and 3x Outdoor wallmount batteries in parallel. So far, I have configured the batteries as follows:
Battery type = 2: Lithium
Lithium Brand = 0: EG4
Now I am reading the wall mount should be configured as brand :1 and not 0
When setting it to 1, both...
I don't know much about the 18k but have the flexboss21 and gridboss, but connected to the grid. Not sure about the 18k but the gridboss will start your generator at conditions that can be programmed, including time, battery charge, etc.
Hi, looking everywhere but unable to find an accurate answer.
We have 2x EG4 Flexboss 21 and 3x Wall mount batteries, the Gridboss unit, and 19KW solar panels.
I finally received the OK for the utility that it passed inspection and can commission the system. I enabled "sell back" but can't...
Stupid question but where do you press "Clear", there is no such field. The "Action" column is empty and can't be clicked... weird. I also talked to the guys from EG4 support, and they cleared it remotely but they don't know if there is an option in the web version or in the phone app... pretty odd
I have the exact same issue. Upon starting the monitoring website yesterday, it asked if I would like to see the parallel mode, and I have found no way of switching back...odd (Please let me know if you find a solution)
So, I have 2x Felxboss21 Inverter and 3x EG4 Wall-Mount batteries. When the system was first commissioned, they were charged to 100%. Recently (within 2 weeks), they are tapering off at 99% with a floating voltage of 53.6V, but according to the specs, it should be 54V (+/—0.2V).
All batteries...
Hi everyone, first post from my new installation in South Texas.
I have a fairly large system with a 19kw solar array, 2x EG4 Flexboss inverters and 1x Gridboss unit, all paired with 3x 280A EG4 batteries. (all in parallel)
When charging from solar, the maximum charging current I get is around...
I have 6 strings of 7-8 panels, 3 strings to each inverter, and everything is updated to the latest firmware. All batteries are in parallel and communicating, each set to a different address.
