    Measures 52V DC. As it should. There's definately AC there. It's enough to give a tingle / buzz. But I will replace the batteries in the meter anyway it's possibly time. The main thing I want to avoid is frying the MPPT when I connect it.

    That's not the point.. When the battery is disconnected from the inverter it's just a battery, it has no AC on it. no tingles, nothing measures 52VDC as you expect.. The issue is when it is connected, it still measures 52VDC but there's also about 110V to earth. (when measured across the...

    They're LiFePO4. 3.65 is not the resting voltage. All 4 batteries were charged before removing the cells from the casing, but in each battery there was a cell that reached HVC before the whole battery got to full charge. The other cells would have a pretty high SOC I imagine. It's all good...

    just be cautious, my AIO sungrow battery output is not isolated from mains input so DC coupling might not work the way you want
