It’s to learn with for sure but it’s main purpose will be a power source for one small circuit in my house when power is out. Running my modem and what not. That way I can sit in the dark and mess around and yet I don’t have to fire up the genny.

This may be a dumb question but if I had a battery monitor on a 100ah lead acid could I set that monitor to show full at 50ah or any value for that matter as to have a visual cue not to over discharge the battery?

Curious how others do it. If you have a grid tie system would you export as much energy as you can leaving your batteries topped off so your entire day is being exported? Or use your battery power in the evening/night and not exporting till batteries have charged the next day?

No I haven’t. According to the battery manual it is shipped not at full charge. Initial voltage was 13.26. The controller has just always said “bulk” so I figured that it hadn’t finished its process.
