I went back with OSB. Pulling up all the boards. Lots of rust! Coated everything with POR-15: Then I covered the underside of the OSB with FRP. And sealed the edges with epoxy resin. Everything down and sealed: Installed the RV steps. This will be SUPER handy once the box truck is 4WD.

Really? I didn't know that. I may do that. I will look into what I need for the 12v side. I won't be running anything too heavy for 12v side. Just a vent fan, lights, water pump, diesel heater, etc. All use no power. The 120v side is why I need the batteries. I'm going to have a mini split...

They're good engines. I take oil samples every oil change and so far, I've only have done one oil change. The results were ok I guess. I will really see on the next oil change. It takes a few to get a good average on what your engine is doing.

Thanks for the info! My old one is a 2000 with a 7.3L diesel. The new one is a 2014 with a 5.4 gas. I'm ordering batteries next month. Still tidying up on a few things. Thanks for the feedback!
