Finally taken delivery of the 200A discharge with 2A balance current. It's working well on my 8s Lifepo4 system using the DC to DC (24 to 48v) converter...this is awesome ?
If it is not much of a bother where, on the BMS, did you drill to increase the Bluetooth connectivity distance? Or a random hole on the casing able to do the trick?
Judging by @GXMnow reviews, I think the issues on this thread has been fixed or at least set in a way it does not lead to such failures. I could still be wrong though as I do not have any first hand experience of this BMS
I saw this 200A BMS with 2A balance current current at Alibaba. The seller offered a DC booster similar to this one to enable the BMS work with an 8s system. Attached are images showing the schematic diagram and image of the DC to DC booster converter.
Thank you for your informative reply. I'm planning on getting same 200A active BMS for my 8s battery system and will surely have need to get this boost DC converter which I'm hoping won't add noise that may affect the working properties of this JK BMS.
