Hello! As I write another blissfully sunny day has both covered the house load and filled my 5kWh of storage before 2pm. I'm fairly certain a second 5kWh, or a good percentage of it at least, could be filled before the end of the day, so I'm thinking about adding a server rack 5kWh battery...

A software issue then. I don't know about Sol-Ark's relationship with the firmware running the inverters. Do they have their own developers and if so, do they plan to trace the root cause? I'm sure you're not the only one this will catch out.
