I installed a Tosot 9K, you can search for coupons to lower the prices (or get them off a youtuber video). Tosot (Gree) shipping was fast, 3 days. I paid 538$ for mine.

The data sheet on Self2Solar indicates it has UL9540a .

DFM379, I'm curious about your system. I'm also interested in either Homegrid or Fortress battery, but haven't decided yet. Can you give more information about your total setup? What state? Cost? Self Install? Etc.

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread, but https://fullbattery.com/ has DC mini splits and other AC. Don't know if the cost pans out over buying a cheaper AC powered one.
