Hello, i am planning a eg4 6000xp system and that will get a good amount of battery storage. Is here any experience around from someone going such a or simalr route already? I am wondering if there were any permitting needed or even issues with permits due to battery storage in residential building.

Isn't the ability of an inverter to feed back into the grid already a problem? Or is the tieing of those mentioned inverters a physical step and not just software selection? If it is actually a physical thing that the backfeed lines are not the same as the ac input, i would prob dare to go that...

The interlock in the outside breaker panel is supposed to enable grid OR inverter to power the main panel...def not planning to do both at same time...but while i am writing this i see what you are saying...hmmm, looks like i have to rethink this

I am looking at 26 breakers and that approach would prob fill up my wall pretty fast, and the amount of wires back and forth...not sure if that is not complicating things to much for me.

Thx for your input. What do you refer to when u say small backfeed? Do you mean that it only does 25 amps per phase? I was actually looking at this thing because of the all in one(hopefully)hassle free and ats inside with <15ms switching time which is UPS grade.
