Hello, I am curious I inquired about how AFORE inverters 3phase zero export logic work and they said that: If the load on each leg of the inverter is unbalanced it will only produce power equal to the smallest leg for all of its leg for example: L1 - 2kW L2 - 7kW L3 - 8kW The inverter would...

I do not like this because.. well i have to pay for that electricity when it can be charged at a later during the day. • Post in thread: Deye 16kW inverter does not fully drain the battery

I have a 16kW inverter with 2 Battery packs in parallel, the batteries are in battery % mode (inverter sees the battery). But for some reason the battery SOC does not go bellow 15% even if i tell it to drop below that, (at 5 AM it should go to 5% SOC) Anyone has this problem?

  • Post in thread: Deye 16kW inverter does not fully drain the battery

I pretty close to the equator, my system fully charges the battery slightly pass noon and it gets fully drained during the night. ahh thats unfortunate then, so even if i opened my battery packs there is a chance, i still woudnt know... knowing a fairly accurate SOC % is nice to have since i...

Hello, I recently came across cheap Trina Bi-facial N-type Panels only about 5% more expensive than another Non-bifacial Trina 580 N-type panel. I have read that Bi-facial panels produce more energy than their non bifacial counterpart assuming that there is ample area/light that is being bounced...

  • Post in thread: What the differnce between PV Input Voltage and PV Array MPPT Voltage Range

What do you use to calculate how much voltage my string have? the Voc? i see, so i should not exceed this value using Vmpp. i assume you need the coldest temp and the hottest temp in my country is 12C so lets say 10C to be safe (happened in 1960s) hottest is 45C (again in 1960s ). I plugged...

  • Post in thread: On a hybrid setup where do you place the RCD?

On a hybrid setup, where do you usually place the RCD protection device? I would assume in the load-side, but doesnt that mean that if someone is touching the inverter and got grounded the RCD wont trip. A solution to that would be to also place one in the GRID side of the Inverter, but placing...
