Very nice. I see you have the bug. I started with a few gifted items and bought a little off ebay. I later upgraded to a single power queen 200 ah battery. I bought a charge controller parts only off ebay and found it worked but threw an error code about once a month. I mounted it and put 2...
Batteries were used in a temporary backup solution for a battery backup of a larger backup. They were used only for about 6 months while the larger batteries were being delivered. They sat in a temperature controlled shed for about 8 months before being gifted to me. When I got them, they had 4v...
I know the bank is going to be huge. I don't use much power in my shed but this is my experimental setup. I just want to see if it can be done. When all is said and done, the majority of the use was heat lamps for chicks when I put them in the shed to grow till I can throw them outside. I am...
I agree but was told it was possible. I am wondering if a DC to DC isolation converter is used, would you put the lifepo4 on the DC to feed the lead acid and just use charge controller on lifepo4. I was gifted 20 very nice powersafe sbs190f batteries. They charged perfectly and have 5 times the...
I have been gifted free lead acid batteries. I would like to use a Victron DC to DC to combine the batteries on the same inverter. Is this possible and how? Do I need 2 DC to DC? How do I size the DC to DC?
Yes. I watched a few of those videos. The surge is amazing. I am seeking continuous output. I figure if I over shoot, I will not need to worry if I need more power later.
Here is another.
DavidPoz did a video like that and I did see a few from another youtuber from England. I also watched ElectricianU to see why certain things did not seem correct.
I have looked at all of them and the EG4 was a thought but without the time test, it is not exactly sitting at he top of the list. The Schneider I have a great deal of thought into that one as they also have significant addons through so many products. The SolArk is also in there but it is not...
That brochure was very helpful and it looks like it will do just the same as the Victron Quatro. I would need at least 5 in series just like the Victron. I will be looking at price and compatibility to my situation. Thank You.
The victron 450v 200A charge controller is great. It accepts 450v input with up to 200A output at 48v. Schneider has a 600v input with up to 100A output at 48v. The all in one units concern me as more can go wrong. The inverters you mentioned I am looking at them to see if they fit my application.
