New EG4 3000 causing LED lights to pulse

It’s been just over a year and mine is still acting the same with no issues. This was my first ever solar project so I’m confident all is good with yours but I understand how irritating it can be as it still makes me a bit crazy.

New EG4 3000 causing LED lights to pulse

Mine seems to do it more when batteries are about fully charged. I have the same SCC V1 and have just learned to live with the same problem.

    EG4 6500EX Lights flickering

Same issue with my EG4 3K when batteries are full. Weird. Better when charging. IDK.

EG4 3K inverter PV voltage range

The 440-490 panels are just shy of 50v

EG4 3K inverter PV voltage range

Maybe just go with three 455's? Or if using a rail system you could extent past the ridge or eves a small amount. Hope you find a solution!!

EG4 3K inverter PV voltage range

I have the same SCC. 6S 440 watt panels and it charges with almost zero Sun with less than 100 watts. Don’t know how the Voltage is impacted by the sun so I really don’t have an answer. If you could fit 4 x 440 I think you’d be golden as I think my panels are around 48-49 VOC.

    EG 3000 SCC Display sub-freezing

my system is remote and I monitor the display with a camera. It’s been sub-freezing for over a week in Ohio. The display shows that it is still charging the batteries which scares me but looks to me the batteries are still draining so my guess is that the display is saying it’s sending current...

    EG4 3000 EHV-48-Smart ESS problems

Once they correct the voltage fluctuations then hopefully they can move onto the monitoring software. I gave up on ESS and mounted a small Wyze camera pointed at the screen. Haha! Love Signature Solar — just wish I had waited a couple more months to buy the SCC.

    EG4 6500EX Lights flickering

I have the the EG4 3000 and lights flicker like crazy. Voltage ranges from 118V-123V. Same thing - called Signature Solar and they sent an email with a pretty extensive to-do list. Just going to live with it I guess.

Small Pole Barn - My first build

Yes sir! I have a LP heater on a thermostat for now. Likely move to heating elements. While away all I have is the freezer. That said, with low temp charging cut off on the batteries, I should have any issues if they shut down. Internet for camera security is on its own deep cycle system so I...

Small Pole Barn - My first build

I appreciate your input. I am in Ohio. Snow could be a problem but I have VERY little running when I am not there. One security light and a refrigerator/freezer which, I assume, won't be running much if there is snow on the roof. But, yes, snow cover is a concern.

Small Pole Barn - My first build

That is exactly how we did it. And that 68yo man worked circles around me. Former iron worker.

Small Pole Barn - My first build

I will say 455W panels, while only 51lbs, felt like 500lbs. Getting them on the roof. I’d love to hear your opinions.
