The Local port charges were a little more than expected as they seemed to charge based on a whole cubic meter. I was expecting a portion of the charges to be pro-rated on the actual .5 cbm shipment size.

Freight wise I decided to go with the CIF option, that way the shipping and packing was responsibility of the supplier. There was of course destination port charges for the shipment, and customs waked on there g.s.t and the 5% duty for battery imports. I used a company called Easyfreight for the clearance process.
