If the battery does not have BMS then is the lifepo4 charger stop charging the battery once its full ? or do I need to get a battery that includes BMS to protect it from over charging ?

Andrewr05 I thought with me connecting the 12V batteries in parallel would keep the voltage to 12V as I'm not connecting them in series ?

This was just a thought and just brain storming ideas.

I have been on a roof to clean leaves, touched a few shingles. I was just ask for opinions and from this thread it seems like a bad idea. I came here to learn from others before I send time and money.

Mounting flexible panels is just an idea and I wanted to get some opinions on it. I figured if these flex panels can be mounted on boats and RVs then why not roof's.

@inganderton - good points. I dont mind changing them a couple of years. I dont plan to stay at the house for more than 4 years.

Ecoflow delta pro is 3600Wh. My led TV which get used about 4 hours per day uses roughly 120Watts. Sound bar is about 100Watts for the same amount. 2 led bulbs are 20Watt each. 2 Computers about 120 Watts total. In case the sun is not out then I will turn on the AC input for the Deltapro to top...

Goal is to power a few electronic items like TV, 2 laptops, soundbar and 2 lights, nothing major. In case there is a power outage then run the refrigerator and a few lights in the night. Planing to buy an Ecoflow Delta Pro.

I would like to put about 4 to 5 100W flexible panels on the house roof with shingles (common US based houses). I would have preferred solid panels but that is not an option for me. I need to have the panels as low profile as possible with them blended in as much as possible. I know RV owners...
