I think i figured it out. I´m gonna need a 230VAC- 48VDC charger and add it to my system. On the same line as my panels are connected on to the charge controller. If all ears if you have better advice and which models works good were in EU to buy them. Thanks :-)

I properly end with a Grundfos and a Timer. the idea with the 12vdc was to connect it straight to a PV with an on/off switch and have a simple standalone heating system running on its own in the cold period.
