I have a very large bank 4800AH, with 4 inverters. That is kind of why I like to balance to 29v at least once a month. My battery's will cycle from 100 to 85% most days but once or twice a month I let them go down to 35%. 30 min absorb has just worked, so have not increased.

I have just under 29kw of panels. A portion of this is to a 7.7kw and 5kw SMA over paneled grid tied inverters selling back, each on a transfer switch. That way if it is overcast or bad weather I can ac couple one or both inverters alongside my three cc to make up what needed to fill my 120kwh...

I'm running 4 Magnum inverters 2 old 2 from Mexico it's been about 1 year. All is good.

I run 4 Magnum inverters stacked with 2 Midnite classic 150 and 1 Magnum pt100.

I run the Midnite and the Magnum pt100. Personally, I would stay with the Midnite classic 150.

If you follow Ben as I do your worried more about EMP or coronal mass I'm guessing. Do a search on EMP. Best thing to do is have a back up in a faraday cage.
