    Just be aware of the limitations. If it meets your needs, then get one. He also uses the EBC-A40L, but what someone else uses is not why I chose test equipment.

    Just as any FYI, that cell data she sends is in the Eve production database. In a few months the extra data other than one capacity and IR reading are deleted to save space, so save a copy now.

    Hopefully overvoltage is 3.6? Balance turn on, set to 3.4v. Below that it is self defeating, you don't want it to come on until you get to the steep part of the curve. If you balance before then, you are actually UN-balancing your pack.

    Assuming one is full, and the other 3 are at 50%. So, 140 x 3 = 420 and you can add 10 amp hours via your supply, so 42 hours maybe. Just depends.

    Yes, I recommend staying below 0.5C and for the 280AH cells, that's 140 amps. The 150 amp JBD BMS is quite good. Fewer problems than a Daly, they just don't speak much English.

    It's likely that cell is fine, but I wouldn't tempt fate by repeating that. Your BMS should be set to stop charging when a cell hits 3.65v, if it doesn't, something is wrong. You need either an active balancer or a cheap power supply to top balance cells...

    The balance ability is very limited. I strongly recommend you top balance first, then it won't have any problems keeping them in balance.
