I made ? out of my Daly, and as you can see there is no chance of carrying out repairs. The damp thing is sealed with this funny silicone or something.
Take note of the timestamps. One is longer than 5mins (which is standard for this interval for data capture). At this time the inverter is on off.
Anyone with a solution for this. Could there be some voltage from one source to the other am missing?
Am faced with the same issue, when switching from battery power to grid. The changeover is erratic I will loose power for about 5mins.
I have a DIY lifepo4 eve cells, I set the low battery on my jk bms at 2.5v and on the inverter as 2.7v. Still the transfer is never smooth
The 54.4 absorb voltage is set at that. At the moment I only have one string working bms is rated at 250amps. Could the problem of EEPROM writing have caused changes that affect bms?
Exporting to grid is not an option back here in kenya. So you get my point where I say I limit the power from grid. The policy is still under debate in parliament
This happened in the morning hour at around 9am. I have an external timer with hourly settings on when to allow grid power to go through the inverter and charge the batteries.
From 6pm to 8pm the 10pm to 12am then 4am to 6am. During the day grid is off. The reason of doing this was to limit...
This becomes a problem when the BMS cannot handle the 100amps pushed to it. My scenario it keeps switching of the bms. I had to adjust the percentage downwards
My xw8548 has smoked these board. With code F55 and F01. Where could be the problem. The damage was extended to Daly Bms 16s 250amps. The charger is set to about 15% of its capacity. Pv 16pcs of 345w through conext mppt 60amp SCC.
