Ok, my SCC are a total of 100a ( there are two of them). The DC to DC is a 40a.

So I was basing my design from this, which is on Will's site. I have what says Main Fuse and I'm trying to see if I need a bigger bus bar. Sorry if my lack of terminology is confusing and making this more complicated.

One more question, in his diagram he has a main fuse but how do I know what size to use? He mentions 100 amp to 300 amp and I don't know which one I am supposed to get.

Yes, you understood that correctly! The VoC is 49.86 at 24v in parallel each pair of solar panels.

Ok thanks! I am definitely going with the 24v then in a parallel connection. This helps a lot!
