Hi Tarek, Have you resolved this issue? For me, I think it happens on cloudy days. It seems to me, maybe, there's some number of retries limit when the Growatt would try to start charging in the morning.. and if it's cloudy and it tries to start too many times without success, it stops trying?

What is your PV input voltage? I just started having this same issue after 5 months of working flawlessly. I have the newer control board, though, with the 67/68 firmware. How do you get it to charge again? I have to disconnect PV input, turn off Growatt, turn off EG4 lithium battery. Then, turn...

Has anyone done or looked into converting existing FLA batteries on Polaris Ranger EV UTV/SxS to lithium batteries? It looks like the lowest cost "kits" are around $2800 for 105Ah 48V... that looks much better than some of the $5k to $6k kits. Wondering what gotcha's there may be..

FYI, I resolved my hardware issue by replacing the unit with a new one. As I suspected, something (maybe a relay or contactor?) was preventing my Growatt from waking itself up in the morning when PV starts.

Resolved: This was a hardware issue. I replaced the Growatt with a new unit and it correctly started up in the morning when sunlight brought enough voltage/amperage to the unit.

He said firmware "61.13" for the 6000ex.. did he mean that or 63.13 (which is the latest) ?

I only have 1 Growatt, so I don't know if you can set the Scheduled AC Output option separately on Slave 2. If you can, then that could save you from manually flipping switches daily? I believe it's setting #50
