    Can I "wall-mount" to a metal backing?

I work at a laser cutting shop, and did exactly what you want, but in my enclosed trailer, so its constantly bouncing around and wanting to rip off the wall. I mounted a 200ah 48v Battery (Over 200lbs!) and a Deye 8k inverter on the wall to a 12ga 304 Stainless Steel Sheet. I documented it on my...

    Low sun, high sun

No, a difference in angle of panel in relation to the sun will drastically change your output numbers

Required off grid system size using current daily KWH usage

You can also look into reducing your consumption. This 9 times out of 10 will reduce your costs overall. Bringing that 20kWh/day down to 15kWh/day would be a drastic reduction in your requirements, especially if you're using an alternative to heating in the winter months.

BLUEPOWER IP6048 - The New SunGoldPower 48V Hybrid Competitor to the MPPSolar LVX6048WP

Correct. All inverters on the market have a hard time displaying accurate values, especially when at or near 0 load.

BLUEPOWER IP6048 - The New SunGoldPower 48V Hybrid Competitor to the MPPSolar LVX6048WP

I can guarantee the IP6048 has an idle draw of 100-120w, depending on where the power is coming from and/or battery voltage.

    100% SoC reset Seplos V3

The 10E is different from the V3 they are working with. They also stated above they are already going off of Andy's info and its still not working. I will add that for me, The Total Voltage and Cell Voltage Overvoltage Protection are the only ones that reset to 100% for me also. The others do not.

    Seplos 200 BMS stuck

What does the BMS report the cell voltages are? Its saying you have both a high voltage cell, and a low voltage cell which is quite hard to do without doing it on purpose. My bet is a bad connection or a damaged BMS balance/sense lead.

BLUEPOWER IP6048 - The New SunGoldPower 48V Hybrid Competitor to the MPPSolar LVX6048WP

Please don't go off of Solar Assistant for trying to calculate efficiency or idle consumption. Please read then notes at the bottom of your "Totals" Page on Solar Assistant: You cannot rely on the cheap components of an Inverter to accurately report the values. Ive seen some Voltronic...

Confusion on meaning of Off Grid vs Grid-tie vs Zero Export

Yes, that is true. My comparison is a bit applies-to-oranges.

Confusion on meaning of Off Grid vs Grid-tie vs Zero Export

I think it definitely depends on your PoCo, as well as where you are at, and cost of solar installs. I even live in Cali, and $30-60k solar installs are the norm. Its absolutely bonkers. Even $30k can get you a very nice off-grid setup with batteries.

There isn't. That was the first thing I asked when I had problems with mine.
