I’m having the same problem with my EB150 and Bluetti emailed me and said they no longer have parts or support for the EB150 but I see they are still selling them. What kind of scam operation is this?- Reaction score: 0

No tech support available for this model because it has supposedly been discontinued but they are still selling them online. What kind of a scam operation is this??!!- Reaction score: 0
