Thank you! I have a 1min rest before the discharge cycle start, can i thus take the rest voltage just before the discharge cycle start and then use the 5th voltage measurement into the discharge cycle as my loaded voltage and current?
Hi Everyone
I bought 200 unmatched brand new 100Ah Lifepo4 cells...long story.
Anyway, I then brought all of them to my university and hooked them up the 18650 matching machine and started doing a capasity test at 0.1C / 10A , due to the fact that this is the max current per channel for this...
Hi Everyone
I am building a couple of Lifepo4 48V 100Ah solar storage banks. I bought 160 x 100Ah cells that are not matched. Is it necessary to match them by internal resistances after top balancing them?
Thank you @RCinFLA
I will be discharging @ 100A max( 60A Continuously) and charging @ 40A max from inverter.
Thus I will be pulling 30A continuously from both batteries and charging them each at 20A max.
So what would happen if battery1 hits 3.65V 2 minutes before battery2? Do I have to...
@Steve_S could you please give me advice in my other thread? I hacked the ANT-BMS completely and can control every single function separately using a micro controller.

Thank you so much for detailed explanation!
I know right!!!Crazy amount of force. Anyway, do you suggest we compress from both sides or just the side with the larger area?
Hi Everyone
I would like to know if anyone has successfully connected two 16S ANT BMS's ( 48V100Ah System) in parallel? Cells are from same batch in both batteries.
We ask the seller and he said: " For Parallel, our bms do not support that. the parallel bms have hardware DCDC to avoid large...
Hi Everyone
I purchased a bunch of cells from a reputable supplier. The supplier suggest I should compress cells from both sides (500-1000kg of force) to unsure a long cycle life. He mentioned that the cells are a "rolled" technology and that's why they should be compressed. Please see attached...
