did I need to run neutral wire jumpers from the service disconnect busbar to the service pole busbar as well?

I have 2 EG4 6500w inverters running 120v to each leg of my breaker panel. inverters are set to 120phase and have them reading as 2p1 and 2p2 with battery as main power source. each line goes to a 60Amp double pole breaker. all wiring is to code. this system is powered by (5) 48v 100ah lifepo4...

I found out that my jet pump had got locked up and wouldn't turn and caused high voltage to trip inverter. I have the inverter giving an output now but it surges on/off now.

I changed both breakers on the inverter and I'm still getting nothing from the inverter. there is nothing wrong with service panel breaker. the inverter is giving no output. I don't see any burned wiring. I don't see an internal fuse either. the inverter turns on and has power showing no faults...

that is the one I found. I definitely will find the reason but I need it operational first.
