Cell voltage diff. Is this normal ?

Yes sorry for my english... It is exactly what I meant. I used a DC power supply fed by 220VAC shore power. I am wondering if cell 2 is not dammaged.... Could I dammage it as I used the pack with a balancing wire untightened on this cell ?.. I guess so. I am using BMS settings recommanded by...

Cell voltage diff. Is this normal ?

I charged my battery pack with 220V and I got a voltage diff of 227mV.. Then it went back directly to 40 mV voltage diff. Also the battery voltage dropped to 13,5 V without any loads. I don't understand why. I'll try to swap cells positions. I don't think I am full cycling the batteries. I...

Cell voltage diff. Is this normal ?

Yes I top balanced the cells before building the pack. After several months of using it, I noticed electric issues in my RV so I opened my pack and I noticed that a top balancing cable was untighten on one cell. So I tightened it and I top balanced the cells one more time. The cells are from the...

Cell voltage diff. Is this normal ?

Hi, Could you tell me if my cells voltage diff is normal ? It seems a bit high ... I've got a LifePo4 280A 12V cells. Thanks.

My solar panels are not fully charging, Low power on Epever Tracer4215BN 430 W solar / 280Ah LifePO4

Hi ! On my epever tracer 4215BN I dont have any screen so I believe I can't chose any mode on it. Also in the manual I couldn't find anything about it. The battery is back in my camper van and it seems normal... Tim Tim, about cell 2, do you think I dammaged it ?

My solar panels are not fully charging, Low power on Epever Tracer4215BN 430 W solar / 280Ah LifePO4

OK thank you. I don't have any charger turned on ! The voltage differential is increasing slowly. I dont know what voltage differential won't be acceptable. Edit: how can the cells settle to 3,8v if the charger is off ?

I am not sure this is normal that one voltage cell is decreasing a lot and not the other ones...

My solar panels are not fully charging, Low power on Epever Tracer4215BN 430 W solar / 280Ah LifePO4

Is the voltage diff of 0,029V normal ? Is this normal that I have 14,65V between between B- and + and 14,45V between B+ and + ?

My solar panels are not fully charging, Low power on Epever Tracer4215BN 430 W solar / 280Ah LifePO4

It's just because the voltage of this cell is dropping

My solar panels are not fully charging, Low power on Epever Tracer4215BN 430 W solar / 280Ah LifePO4

Yes the MT50 is set to user. But what do you mean for the epever? Also the battery pack is not back in m'y RV yet so it doesn't change anything on the balancing cells.

My solar panels are not fully charging, Low power on Epever Tracer4215BN 430 W solar / 280Ah LifePO4

Hello to both of you, I finally went back home. I charged my battery, then I disassembled it to top balanced it again. Once it was top balanced to 3,65 V, I directly assembled it into a 12V pack (I didn't put it back in my RV yet). Should I left it several hours in parallel before assembling it...

My solar panels are not fully charging, Low power on Epever Tracer4215BN 430 W solar / 280Ah LifePO4

Hi Tim Tim, Sorry I am also travelling. I am in Dordogne right now ! I thought I could charge my battery to 14,4V but maybe I can't reach this voltage because of cell 2 which is overcharged very quickly... The weird thing is that cell 2 was going up to 3,9v while charging but when I stopped...

My solar panels are not fully charging, Low power on Epever Tracer4215BN 430 W solar / 280Ah LifePO4

I have no idea, I am not sure I get all of it. I did reset the SOC of my BMS. And I also have a shunt. It didn't change anything. It seems my cells have issues balancing when the battery is charging or discharging. See the pictures below. Do you have any idea what could be wrong ? Should I...

My solar panels are not fully charging, Low power on Epever Tracer4215BN 430 W solar / 280Ah LifePO4

Hi, The balanced turn-on voltage is set to 3,4V and the balancing precision is of 0,015v. For the boost tome, somebody recomanding me that. Is it allright these settings ?

Hello, I am charging my battery right now. Here is the cells balance. Does the cell difference of 0,074V seem reasonable ?
