I've read some of this topic thread, can people confirm to me what the recommended clamping force should be for a 280ah cell in Nm & do you multiply this by 4 cells for a 12v battery pack?
Nm being applied with a small 'bicycle tool' 1/4" drive torque wrench, clamped between 2 suitable metal...
I've seen other users that have shown bigger dents than that and they have continued to use the cell with no detrimental effects.
Caution is good, but I think these LFP cells are pretty forgiving?
Hi,
i've just got an EBC-A20 without the Blue USB Cable included.
Will a PL2303TA cable be compatible with this tester? (I have 3)
I've tried linking to your pcb connections,as shown above, but no comms or PC showing in the tester window for me?
Running the software on a Win7 Laptop, using...
Part of the REPT group of companies. REPT cells seem to have good feedback from what I've found.
I like the square stud area for larger busbar contact. I have some on order.
Lowest power 240v microwave I've found is a Daewoo Qt 14L 600w output, draws 1000w which is about 95/100A from a 120ah 12v LFP into a PSW Reliable brand inverter. Works a treat ☺️
(Also branded as other makes)
I didn't find out the BMS supplier Keith, but if u look at my first photo it shows a small heat shrinked BT interface under the false lid skin.
Tbh your better off using your Ali battery monitor..... More accurate & quicker than any App BMS malarkey M8.
Maybe your 12.2v reading was the shelf...
The frog,
I suggest you research the correct way to capacity test a LFP battery before posting 'Inaccurate results'
Post some photos of the insides for potential buyers to view please ☺

Why do you need an app to use a battery?
Does your sprinter have an app for you to look and see its current 'fuel' level? .... Hell, it's got a miracle thing called a 'gauge!'
Just get a battery monitor & shunt, then you can see accurate Ah's remaining in a second, before you've...
