The INPUT specs of the Anker 767's charge controller will support 60 volts at 20 amps so it should handle up to two panels in series that have a VOC of 21.8V and a 13A ISC. The XT60 connector itself is rated up to 60Amps so it would not affect efficiency.

How much peak power does this this old system produce? You may want to look for posts on the forum that discuss the GTIL2 (grid tie only) inverters which I believe would work in place of the microinverter option you mentioned.

The plug shown in your post I don't believe would work as it is a twist on/off to secure it type plug. This plug below looks very similar to the plug the Bluetti uses and I'd be more confident it would work. I think the SA20 size is what is needed...
