Thanks Guys. I was incorrectly using the settings password. When I tried the other one, all went ping and now all is working.

I only have the one JK bms hooked up. It has worked everyday up until this point. I uninstalled the app and re installed it. Still no go. I do not want to make a pair anyway. I just want this jk effing bms to talk to the app on my phone without asking me to make a pair. head scratching.

I have thrown the question to MPP,..... still waiting an answer. In the meantime, i have been rubbing both my braincells together......would this work. The transfer switch has some passive contacts. see pics.

thanks Mike, I am nearly there. I am suspecting that the MPP internal relay is not making a good connection between neutral and earth when in battery/solar inverting mode. Will keep digging and then throw the question at MPP. Cheers, for the info

been using this since 2015 on my grid tied system to capture excess going back to grid. Heats the water in the cylinder via 3kw element. (max 3kw)
