Anyone got their hands on the new Victron Ekrano? (not advocating or advertising it, just wanting info or links to reviews).

What is it used for and when should it be on?
I usually have it turned off but I turned it on before going to bed, it was working fine, but the bms froze (no current or voltage reading) in the middle of the night although there was plenty of current and voltage flowing - the lights and all the...
The balancer would just be for added protection to keep the two batteries balanced. My understanding is that it doesn't even start up unless there is a large imbalance.
24 volt. I have the Victron 500amp shunt, Victron MPPT 100/50, and Giandel 2000/4000 inverter. I was thinking about adding the Victron battery balencer but it is not bluetooth enabled so I'm waiting to see if they come out with a "smart" version. I would put a DC breaker on each battery (would...
Is it advisable, or not, to connect two 100ah 24v batteries in parallel (negative to negative bussbar, positive to positive bussbar) at the bussbar level instead of daisychaining only the batteries in parallel to increase battery bank capacity?
Xiaoxiang BMS app (v. 3.1.1026 on Android 10) crashes when I try to toggle any of the functions. and it wont update. it hangs then eventually crashes. Is there a more recent version somewhere?
I didn't mention that the battery is fused (300a) between a shut-off switch and the positive post of battery; after the shut-off the current is going to a positive busbar; The MPPT positive (after a 60a breaker) is connected to the positive bussbar; off the +bussbar is a 50 amp breaker that...
So my breaker after the MPPT is too low and needs to be around 90, and the 175A fuse is too high and will never blow? The surge limit on the inverter is 4000 watts; 4000 /24V would be 166.7A which is how I sized the 175A fuse.
I cannot find the video.
Would this configuration work in a 24 volt system with 400 watts of PV going into a Victron 100/50 MPPT, then current going through a 60 amp breaker on the positive side then to a 2000 watt inverter positive terminal that's also connected (through 2 AWG wire with a 175...
I recently saw a video where the user connected the positive coming out of a 100/30 Victron MPPT, then a 40 amp breaker, to a 1500 watt inverter positive post that also had 2 AWG cables connected to one 100 amp 12 volt battery. This enabled him to run high peak voltage AC appliances like chop...
Hi,
I have a newbee question so that I correctly charge my batteries.
I bought 2 cases of 4 Battery Hookup 3.2V 100ah modules.
I have combined the 8 modules in series to create a 24 volt system.
My question:
Do I now have a battery capacity of 800 amp hours? or is it a different number...
