    What are the charging parameters for eight Battery Hookup LiFePO4 100ah modules in 8S (creating equivalent of two: 12 volt batteries) in 24 volt configuration with a 24-volt BMS? Do the batteries get charged as 12 volt, or 24 volt? Or am I confused?

    Victron told Will not to use theirs but it wasn't explained why. Was it because they had a different, better product or was there a chance that there would be an electrical problem?

    OK, I think I'll stick with 12 volts for now and increase to 24 if, and when, I need to. I may never need 24 volts so I don't need to go that route if I don't need it. Thanks everyone!

    I would not need 24v initially but I want to build the capacity over time, without starting out with a 12 volt system, when what I want to end up with is a robust 24 volt system with several PV panels, a big inverter, heaters, fridge, air conditioning, etc.
