I have Lischen 270Ah cells connected in series for a 4S1P configuration. Here are my cell voltages. Is this an acceptable tolerance. Pack Voltage is sitting at 13.92V Delta between highest and lowest measuring ~ 0.047mv 1: 3.502v 2: 3.455v 3: 3.475v 4: 3.496v

You guys are correct. It was bad connections. I made the cable lugs out of copper pipe and they are not entirely flat. Thanks

Thanks for the feedback. The wiring harness did not change and is verified in correct sequence when connected to the ISDT meter.

I just received this BMS and connected it to my 4S pack. Cell number two is incorrect. If you watch my video you can see that when I connect to my ISDT cell reader I see the correct value for cell 2. Is this BMS defective?

Hi @HRTKD this confirms my assumption that the OKS version of the BMS is most likely a rebadged JBD piece of hardware. I'm not going to get into why one should purchase OKS vs direct from JBD, both have their own benefits. Thanks for looking and reporting back.

Ok, so no change in spec in hardware or firmware. Risks aside, these are identical products. Thanks for your responses.

The Overkill Solar (OKS) BMS (4S 120A) is a badged version of the JBD BMS you can find on Aliexpress direct from the JDB store. Aside from risks I may take to purchase from Aliexpress and the unconditional warranty offered by OKS was there anything else modified in hardware or firmware by OKS...
