Finally got the problem fixed by replacing the inverters with the 6000xp inverters.
One of the 6500ex inverters shorted out and flipped my main breaker and several of my battery breakers.
It damaged 2 of the battery bms boards and signature solar sent me new ones to get them back running again...

Thanks for all your suggestions, I appreciate your time trying to help. It's always nice to get some good suggestions to see if I missed something.
I called them about it some time back and they wanted me to jump through hoops to get started with finding out what the problem was.
I have delt with them on another inverter that just had a simple communication board go bad and almost 6 months later and countless emails and phone calls I got...
I am currently running 79.70 with screws removed and bonding in panel.
I wasn't aware the inverter would switch modes when the sun went behind a cloud.
I have tried both split phase and single phase and get the same problem. I am really surprised they keep selling these when they have major problems. I could do the upgrade they are offering but if they are currently still selling these with problems then how do I know the more expensive unit...
I don't have Home Assistant. Also Solar Assistant has a graph for the voltage. I was needing to take a look at the output frequency. Is it available in Home Assistant?
Both batterys and grid are hooked up to the inverters.
It does not show a voltage drop in solar assistant. I wish solar assistant would show the output frequency so I could check that.
The chargers are for chevy bolt and I also have a Walbox charger.
I also have another Growatt system that has...
The inverters do not show any alarm. I usually don't reset the inverters; I am resetting the car chargers to get them going again. I can usually see in solar assistant the spike in voltage when the solar panels come out from behind the cloud is the same time the car charger alerts me there is a...
They don't tell you actual error code they just have a red light that turns on to show you that there is a problem.
I have to unplug them to get them started again.
I have been having a problem with 2 EG4 6500 set up in split phase.
They have been working great except for 1 problem.
When I am charging my car and the sun goes behind a cloud my charger will throw an error and stop charging.
I have tried both 220 volt chargers and 120 volt charges and they all...
I have had the same problem with the flickering led lights for about a year and I was out mowing my yard and I noticed the ground wire attached to the grounding rod on my utility pole where my electric meter is mounted was loose, so I tighten it up and I have been flicker free for over a month.
I have 8 of the 24 volt hawks and I had to balance the cells and do other repairs before I could get the correct voltage from them.
I still have one with what looks like to have bad cell that I am currently repairing.
They refuse to send out or sell replacement parts so the only way to get them...
