i am using the provided seiral rs485 cable

hi, Gents, I have a window 10 operating system, however my computer is not recognizing the new devise when i use the serial port to RS485 or the usb to rs485 cables. can anyone advise if i have missed anything or as I'm not able to secure a proper driver.

this is provided by them when i requested to update my battery FW version, however i am unable to communicate from my PC Win10 to it through the serial to rs485 or the usb to RS485 cables provided with the battery.

Yes I got also the adapter from rs232 to rs485 and discarded the provided cable with the battery.
