Started my golf cart build. Hoping to use a Anderson plug to connect my main bank to the cart for charging and drawing from the cart at night when not in use. I'm going to change out controller and motor for AC type. Building a 230Ah LiFePo4 battery pack and I'm going to try a JBD 300a bms.

There seems to be a trend of wall mount battery cabinets with cells laying on the long flat side. Is this some that has changed with newer cells? I'm considering adding on to my system and would like to use this configuration. Is there any down side? This is the battery cabinet I have now.
