Specifically, when using the Chargeverter to charge the batteries or using a 48v to 12v converter to run 12v equipment? It would not be going through the 6000xp. It would tap in between the 6000xp and the battery bank, correct? So how does the 6000xp show an accurate SOC?

I see the 6000xp has an integrated isolation switch in the cabinet. On William Prowse's video on the 6000xp, he states that is good because it saves you money by not having to install one. However, the Signature Solar YouTube video recommends installing one before the cabinet before hooking up...
I am wondering what would be the best fuse size and location for my 48v to 12v 50a converter on my RV? I am thinking a mrbf 30a at the 48v battery feed of my bus bar to the converter. Using 8awg wire for all the wiring for simplicity.
48v bus bar.........mrbf 30a fuse..........8awg...
If using dual EG4 3000ehv in single phase and you plug in shore power of say only 120v,15amps does it just bypass that to ac out or will ac out also use the batteries if load is greater than 15amps?

I am considering running dual EG4 3000ehv's in my RV. I would like them to remain single phase 120v inverters. My RV has a 50amp shore power with two 50amp legs with a shared neutral. Can each leg go to each converter and then charge the batteries and supply power to the RV's panel. If so, how...
I am trying to find the roof trusses on my rv to mount solar panels. Just want to verify that these seems on the roof spaced every 48" are trusses. This would be the best place to mount the solar panels correct? Is there a way to find any more trusses?

Hello,
In designing my solar system for my, soon to have fulltime living rv, I decided I wanted to have a shore power bypass system. I would like to install it so I can work on the solar/inverter system while we use shore power for everyday life during the build and for later times if i need to...
